These Terms apply to all private, semi-private, and group volleyball lessons offered by Academy of Volleyball, Inc. By booking or participating in a lesson, you agree to these Terms.
No Refunds
All lesson purchases are final. Academy of Volleyball, Inc. does not offer refunds for lessons, except if Academy cancels a lesson and cannot reschedule it at a time that works for the participant.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, contact admin@academyvolleyclub.com as soon as possible.
Academy may, at its discretion, offer a rescheduled lesson when advance notice is provided. Missed lessons, late cancellations, and no-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or guaranteed rescheduling.
Academy Cancellations
If Academy cancels a lesson due to coach availability, facility issues, safety concerns, weather, or other circumstances, Academy will try to reschedule the lesson. If Academy cannot reschedule it at a time that works for the participant, Academy will refund the canceled lesson.
Credits
Credits from camps, clinics, open gyms, club seasons, or other programs may not be used toward lessons unless Academy gives written approval.
Participant Responsibility
Participants must arrive on time, prepared, and physically able to participate. Parents or guardians must notify Academy before the lesson of any injury, medical condition, allergy, or concern that may affect participation.
Minors and Parent/Guardian Attendance
If the participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must book the lesson and agree to these Terms.
For one-on-one lessons with a minor participant, a parent or guardian must be present for the entire lesson.
A parent or guardian does not need to be present when there is more than one player participating in the lesson.
