Big Skills Start Small.
Future Champions is Academy’s volleyball development program for 2nd – 5th graders who are ready to learn the game, build confidence, and have fun on the court.
Athletes will work on volleyball fundamentals, movement, coordination, and overall athletic skills in a positive, high-energy environment. Whether they’re brand new to volleyball or already starting to love the sport, Future Champions is all about building a strong foundation for what comes next.

Platform technique, movement, and ball control
Setting
Hand positioning, coordination, and basic setting technique
Serving
Fundamental serving mechanics and confidence on the service line
Hitting
Approach footwork, arm swing mechanics, and attacking fundamentals
Movement & Coordination
Balance, agility, reaction skills, and overall athletic development
Volleyball IQ
Basic rules, court awareness, communication, and teamwork
