Hello Academy Parents and Players,

My name is Caio De Pra and I was born and raised in Brazil, where my volleyball journey began. Over the course of my professional career, I competed at the highest levels of the sport for more than 20 plus years, playing in some of the strongest leagues in Europe and South America. My career allowed me to represent clubs in Brazil, Spain, Switzerland, Romania, Hungary, Finland, Belgium, and Greece, competing against world-class athletes and learning from some of the best coaches in the game.

Volleyball has taken me around the world, but my passion has always remained the same: helping athletes fall in love with the game and become the best version of themselves.

Today, my mission is to pass that knowledge on to the next generation.

As a coach, I bring the same energy, competitiveness, and passion that defined me as a player. I believe great coaching is about much more than teaching skills – it’s about building confidence, developing strong character, creating leaders, and inspiring athletes to believe in what they are capable of achieving.

My practices are intense, positive, and full of energy. I love seeing players challenge themselves, grow through adversity, and discover how much they can accomplish when they commit to the process.

To all Academy players and families: I am honored to be part of this incredible community. I look forward to sharing my experience, helping our athletes reach new heights, and creating an environment where hard work, passion, and teamwork lead to success both on and off the court.
