Return and Refund Policy

At Academy Volleyball Club, we strive to provide the best experience possible. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds below. This covers Indoor Girls Club Seasons, Boys Indoor Club Seasons, Girls Beach Seasons, Boys Beach Seasons, Camps, Clinics, and Lessons.
- Class and Program Credits: We do not offer refunds for camps, clinics, or open gyms. However, if you need to cancel your registration for those programs, we will provide a credit that can be applied to a future class of a similar type. You cannot use credits towards lessons or club seasons. There are no refunds or credits for tryout sessions.
- How to Request a Credit: To request a credit for a future class or program, please contact our customer service team at admin@academyvolleyclub.com with your registration details, and we will assist you in applying the credit to a future offering.
- Merchandise Policy: All merchandise sales are final. We do not offer refunds on purchased items, but we are happy to exchange any defective or damaged products within 30 days of purchase.
Camps, Clinics, & Lessons Cancellation Policy
If Academy cancels a camp or clinic that is not able to be rescheduled at a time that works for you, we will provide a refund for the session.
Tournament Refund Policy
If a team is not able to attend a tournament due to acceptance to the tournament or a cancellation, we will refund the tournament fees.
Tryout Refund Policy
There are no refunds or credits for tryout sessions.
